This is the Starpool, where medicine cats and leaders go to share dreams with Starclan. Non-medicine cats or leaders are NOT ALLOWED to go through teh Starpool if they are not accompanied by a leader or medicine cat.

The starpool looks pretty. Blackfoot said, staring through the twoleg magnifying thingy at the starpool from a hill.
