The creation of a Clan

Lighteningfoot panted with exhaustion. Ahead of her, a pine forest loomed. She continued walking towards it, hoping she would get there before she collapsed. At her side strode Runningfire, the noble cat that she had meant in the edge of the mountains, and his two adopted kits, Tinykit and Patchkit. Head dropping with exhaustion, Lighteningfoot, Runnningfire, and the two kits reached the forest, and sank gratefully onto the pine needles,instantly falling asleep.

"Lighteningfoot! This would be a perfect place to settle!" Runningfire mewed.

"Yes. Can we stay here?"asked Tinykit.

"I'm tired of traveling!" cried Patchkit.

"Well...maybe. If we can find a good camp."

All that afternoon,they explored their new territory. They soon found a dip in the forest with a protective screen of brambles, and decided to use that for their camp. In the middle, a tall pillar of stone rose up. There was a cleft in the rock that would make a perfect leader's den.

It seemed as thought he forest was perfect for them! "Let's stay here. We'll make a new clan, and lets call it Lighteningclan!"

"Sounds good,"replied Runningfire.
